Employee Health Insurance
Employees have a choice between two health plans which each also offer two options. The options available are to enable each employee to choose the plan to meet the needs of his/her family and personal requirements. The health plans include prescription benefits which may require a co-pay depending on the plan chosen and whether medication is generic or brand name. Prescription mail-order benefit is also available.
Dental Insurance
There are two options available for dental coverage: DMO (Dental Maitenance Organizations) or DPO (Dental Preferred Organizations) with both local and national networks available.
Life Insurance
Every full time employee is provided with a $10,000 life insurance policy with the option to increase the coverage for a nominal additional charge.
Disability Insurance
The hospital offers both Short-term and Long-term insurance coverage. Both plans offer flexibility in the coverage and premiums available to meet the employee's individual needs and lifestyles.
Long-Term Care Policy
Long-Term Care is coverage to assist a family when assistance is needed with daily living activities, either at home or in a facility. The employee has option of benefits and coverage of eligible family members. The level of coverage determines the premium amount.
Cancer Coverage
This policy offers addional benefits above the medical coverage for medical care services provided an employee due to a cancer diagnosis. The coverage includes a preventive aspect which reimburses a portion of the cost for annual check-up in addition to payments made by your medical insurance company.
Other Benefits
Other benefits available to our employees are discounted meals, credit union memebership, direct payroll deposit, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and 401(k) plan. |
